Why We Started EGN Home Care
EGN Home Care was born from a deeply personal experience. Our founders watched their own family members struggle to find reliable, compassionate in-home care — caregivers who showed up on time, treated their loved ones with respect, and communicated openly with the family. That experience revealed a gap in the market and a calling.
We started EGN Home Care to be the agency we wished had existed. Every policy, every hiring decision, and every care plan we build reflects that founding purpose: to give families the peace of mind that comes from knowing their loved one is truly cared for.

Rigorous Background Checks
Every caregiver undergoes a comprehensive criminal background check, reference verification, and employment history review before joining our team.
Licensed & Certified
All caregivers hold current certifications appropriate to their role — HHA, CNA, LVN, or RN — and maintain continuing education requirements.
Skills Assessment
Before placement, every caregiver completes a hands-on skills evaluation to confirm competency in personal care, safety protocols, and emergency response.
Ongoing Training
Our caregivers receive regular in-service training on dementia care, fall prevention, medication management, and evolving best practices in home care.
Personality & Culture Fit
Technical skills matter — but so does character. We look for caregivers who are patient, warm, and genuinely motivated by helping others.
Supervised & Supported
Our care coordinators conduct regular check-ins and supervisory visits to ensure quality, address concerns, and support our caregivers in the field.
